Marketing Team For Local Businesses

A marketing team for your business, without the payroll.

Marketing Team is a group of AI assistants that plans your marketing each week and writes your social posts, emails, review replies and ad copy. Every draft is checked against your own rules, then waits for your approval.

Who is on the team

Marketing LeadPlans each week around your priorities and checks every draft before you see it.
Social Media ManagerPosts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile.
Email MarketerYour newsletter and one-off emails to your customers.
Reputation ManagerMessages that ask for reviews, and replies to the reviews you receive.
Content Writer and Podcast ProducerFlyers, ad headlines and web page text, plus blog articles and podcast episodes.

Why this matters

Customers choose the business they keep seeing and hearing from. That takes something new every week: a post, an email, a reply to a review.

What goes wrong

Most small businesses have no marketing person. The owner does it when there is time, so it stops whenever the business gets busy, which is exactly when customers are looking.

What we set up

You answer six short questions about your business: what you sell, who buys it, what matters most and what must never be said. A built-in Helper explains each question. It takes about five minutes.

How it works

  1. A short brief. Six steps about your business, with a Helper that explains each question and suggests answers that fit you.
  2. A plan every week. Your Marketing Lead proposes a few pieces of work and says why each one is worth doing.
  3. You choose. Accept the ideas you like and skip the rest. You can also ask for anything at any time, such as a flyer or a reply to a review.
  4. Checked, then approved by you. Each draft is checked against your rules and facts before you see it. Nothing is used until you approve it.

Good fit for

  • Owners who do their own marketing in the gaps between everything else
  • Businesses that post in bursts and then go quiet for months
  • Anyone who wants to read and approve everything before it goes out
  • Businesses that want their blog and podcast covered as well

What it won’t do

It does not post to your social accounts or send your emails yet. You copy each approved draft and paste it where it goes, and posting for you is planned. It does not make images. It cannot see your sales, calls or website visits, so its monthly summary covers the work done, not results. And it is a team of AI assistants, not people.

Plans

Simple monthly plans. Your first three tasks are free.

A task is one finished piece of work, such as a set of social posts or an email. Weekly plans and the monthly summary do not use tasks. Every plan includes Blog Autopilot and Podcast Autopilot.

Questions

What owners ask us first

Is this a team of real people?

No. The team is made up of AI assistants, each with one job. Silver Lining Cloud Services builds and supports the service, and you approve everything the team writes before it is used.

Will it post to Facebook or send emails for me?

Not yet. Today you copy each approved draft and paste it where it goes, which takes a few seconds. Posting and sending for you is planned.

How does it know about my business?

You fill in a short brief once: what you sell, who your customers are, your priorities, your tone, the facts it may use and the rules it must follow. You can change it at any time.

What stops it from making things up?

The team is told to use only the facts in your brief and your request, and never to invent prices, opening hours or offers. A second check compares every draft with your rules and facts before you see it, and sends it back if something is wrong. You still read each draft before you use it, because no check is perfect.

What counts as a task?

One finished piece of work: for example posts on one subject for each of your channels, one email, or a reply to a review you paste in. Weekly plans and the monthly summary are not counted. Asking for a rewrite uses one task.

Do I need Blog Autopilot or Podcast Autopilot as well?

No. Every Marketing Team plan includes both, at the number of articles and episodes shown on the plan.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Your first three tasks are free, and so is your first weekly plan.

Marketing Team is built, delivered and supported by Silver Lining Cloud Services of Sun City Center, Florida.
