Podcast Autopilot For Local Businesses

A weekly podcast for your business, with no microphone and no editing.

Podcast Autopilot turns the questions your customers ask into short, professional episodes voiced by AI hosts. Each one is researched, scripted and produced for you, then waits for your approval before it reaches Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

Why this matters

Customers listen while they drive, work and walk. A short weekly episode answers their questions in your business name and gives you something new to share by email and on social media every week.

What goes wrong

Most business podcasts stop after a handful of episodes. Recording, editing and publishing take hours nobody has, so the show goes quiet.

What we set up

We create your show, choose the hosts and voices, set the tone, length and call to action, and get the feed ready for the podcast apps. After that a new episode arrives on schedule.

How it works

  1. We set up your show. Name, hosts, voices, tone, episode length and the action you want listeners to take.
  2. Topics go in the queue. Add your own, point it at a page on your website, or let it suggest topics for you.
  3. The episode is produced. Each topic is researched and scripted, then voiced and mixed into a finished recording.
  4. You approve it. Listen, read the script and see the sources it used. Publish it or reject it.
  5. It goes out. Approved episodes are released with show notes and a full transcript.

Good fit for

  • Businesses that answer the same customer questions every week
  • Owners who want a podcast and do not want to record one
  • Companies with articles that could reach people who prefer to listen
  • Teams that want customer education without more work for staff

What it won’t do

It won’t pretend the hosts are real people. Every episode is labelled as AI-voiced, as the podcast apps require. It won’t interview guests or record live conversations. And because AI can get facts wrong, it won’t publish an episode you have not heard unless you switch on automatic publishing.

Questions

What owners ask us first

Are the voices real people?

No. The hosts are AI voices, and every episode says so in the audio, in the show notes and in the podcast feed. You choose the voices and give the hosts their names.

Will my show be on Spotify and Apple Podcasts?

Your show gets its own feed, which is what those apps read. The feed is submitted to each app once, and after they accept the show every new episode appears there automatically. We can walk you through the submission.

How long are the episodes?

You choose a length from 3 to 20 minutes. Most businesses start with 5 to 8 minutes, which is long enough to answer one question properly.

Can I check an episode before it goes out?

Yes, and that is how every show starts. You listen, read the script and see the sources before you publish. Automatic publishing is there if you want it later.

Where do the facts come from?

When you give it a topic, the system researches it first and shows you the sources it used. When you give it a page from your website, an article or your own text, the episode is based on that material.

I already have a podcast host. Can I still use this?

Yes. Download the finished recording with its show notes and transcript, and upload it wherever your show lives today.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Your first episode is free, up to five minutes long, so you can hear your own show first.
